Get Deeper Into Trikonasana Triangle Pose, Just Like in the Pictures

Start with good form; body aligned in one plane, forward leg’s hip tucked, engage the forward leg’s thighs.  To get deeper into the pose, lower your lower hand toward the earth instead of reaching forward, see how my arm is still aligned with my lower knee even as I go lower.  Feel it.  Just like in the pictures, that’s why I put them there.
