Shoulder opener.  Get a *good* grip on the strap with the palm of your hand (no finger catching here – make a solid connection), it’s okay to come out of the pose and take your time.  Get into the pose.  Then *pull* on the strap, you should feel the front of your shoulder peel back and open, put some weight in the strap, it’ll take it.  Warrior II, Triangle, ardha baddha padmottanasana.
