You get the idea. When I’m too tired or not motivated, I tell myself that some yoga is always better than none. And today it was genuinely “some” yoga.
Use days like this to practice the other limbs of yoga, like ahimsa or “non-harming.” That means don’t beat yourself up for doing a brief practice.
